Steadfast Racing combines ownership, engineering, coaching and competition experience in one hands-on team based in Melbourne, Florida.
Talk with the teamMac leads the business, races alongside Jesse and introduces first-time guests to the circuit during Steadfast track experiences. In 2024, he finished first or second in every FARA sprint race and, with Jesse, first or second in class or overall in every endurance race they finished.
Jesse leads operations, engineering and coaching. After each session, he studies data and onboard video, debriefs the driver and turns the findings into setup changes and crew work orders. He brings about two decades in motorsport and years of race-school coaching to the program.
Every session becomes part of the car and driver history. The team checks the mechanical, electrical, suspension, brake, coolant and data systems, then connects what the car reports with what the driver felt.
That same process supports Steadfast-owned cars, rentals and customer race programs. The budget or badge may change. The preparation standard does not.
Jesse created the Young Driver Program for drivers under 21. It provides a guided path from karting, or even no prior track experience, into sports prototypes or open-wheel racing.
Steadfast Formula carries the open-wheel side of that mission through Formula FARA and toward the next levels of competition.
