Steadfast rents the full track for the group, creating more seat time, more flexibility and a day that can be shaped around the company. Breakfast, lunch and hosted hospitality keep the group together between sessions.
The current format is built around approximately ten drivers. Guests rotate through driving, coaching, simulation, classroom sessions and team competitions so the day stays active without becoming overwhelming.

The team brings its sim rig for a friendly competition between driving rotations.

Is it only for experienced drivers?
No. First-timers follow a coached progression that begins in a street car.
Can guests participate without driving?
Yes. Classroom, simulation, hospitality and team challenges keep non-driving guests involved.
Can guests work with the crew?
Yes. The experience can be hands-on or hands-off, depending on the group.
What is required?
Every participant signs a waiver. The final proposal confirms driver requirements, fit, responsibilities and event terms.
Is pricing published?
No. Private track rental, group size, cars and hospitality make every proposal different.
